One arrested after reported €500,000 drugs seizure
11/01/2004 - 09:02:23Gardaí in Cork have arrested one man following a drug seizure in the city.
He was arrested at his home on the southside of the city shortly before 10pm last night and was taken to Togher garda station where he is being held under the Drug Trafficking Act.
Gardaí have not confirmed the type of drugs found, nor the street value of the seizure.
There are reports that the seizure has a street value of up to €500,000 and that cocaine and ecstasy were the two drugs found on the southside of the city.
