Vieira out for Gunners
05/12/2003 - 15:54:13Patrick Vieira has been ruled out of Arsenal’s trip to Leicester tomorrow as Arsene Wenger adopts a cautious attitude to his captain’s return from injury.
Wenger has a further worry over striker Thierry Henry, who sustained a muscle problem in training and was being assessed ahead of tomorrow’s game.
Ray Parlour is still ruled out with a hamstring injury, while Lauren serves the final game of a four-match ban, although Martin Keown is available again after a calf problem.
Provisional squad: Lehmann, Stack, Toure, Cole, Campbell, Cygan, Keown, Clichy, Edu, Gilberto Silva, Pires, Wiltord, Ljungberg, Henry, Bergkamp, Kanu, Aliadiere.
