IBEC : Older workers very necessary
11/11/2003 - 12:10:12The employers' body IBEC has published a booklet aimed at helping companies to hire and retain older workers.
The move is a response to the ageing of the Irish population.
IBEC said the employment of older workers was necessary to avoid labour supply crises being experiences in other European countries.
