Martin 'confident' on smoking ban
07/10/2003 - 16:29:25The Minister for Health, Micheál Martin says he is confident his proposed ban on smoking in the workplace will become a reality in the New Year.
He says future generations will wonder what all the fuss over his proposals was about.
However, he defended his party colleagues' right to express opposing views.
