Teen assaulted by masked gang
03/08/2003 - 09:09:00A 16-year-old boy is recovering in hospital after he was assaulted at gunpoint this morning, by a group of masked men in Strabane, Co Tyrone.
The boy was set upon by five or six men wearing balaclavas at Melvin Hall, at around 1.30am.
One of the men put a shotgun to the victim's head, before striking him across the head with the weapon.
