PSNI investigate suspicious fires
03/08/2003 - 14:44:27Police are investigating two separate fires in the North in which nine people escaped.
Firefighters managed to rescue a man from a burning flat in Dungannon, Co Tyrone.
Investigators are working along the lines that the blaze was an arson attack.
In a separate incident, eight people were rescued from a fire at a block of flats in Co Down.
There were no reports of any injuries and the fire is also being investigated as suspicious.
