One arrested after Tyrone stabbing

A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing last night outside a Co Tyrone pub.

The 38-year-old victim is in a critical condition in hospital after he was attacked on Main Street in Dromore and staggered to the town’s O’Neill Terrace before collapsing.

He was taken to hospital by ambulance where he was described as critically ill.

Part of Dromore Main Street and the town’s by-pass remained sealed off today as forensic experts examined the scene.
