20-year-old stabbed in back
03/08/2003 - 11:59:44A 20-year-old man was stabbed in the back in west Belfast last night as he made his way home from a night out.
The man was walking with a friend when both men were confronted and chased by a group of five to seven men near the junction of the Old Whiterock Road and Springfield Road.
The victim was caught by his pursuers before receiving a stab wound to the back. Police have appealed for anyone with information about the incident to contact them.
