Anti-charges protestors gather at Dáil
28/05/2003 - 19:08:10Angry householders in Dublin are gathering outside the Dáil tonight to protest over plans to introduce bin charges.
Residents from four local authority areas say it's undemocratic not to collect bins where charges have not been paid.
One of the campaigners against the bin tax is Deputy Joe Higgins.
He said this evening that the contents of the Protection of the Environment Bill, which covers bin charges, are extraordinary.
